TERMS OF SERVICE

by commissioning me you are agreeing to my Terms of Service and will be held to themYOU MUST BE 18+ TO COMMISSION ME, EVEN FOR SFW WORKSgeneral: i can decline your commission for whatever reason. your commission will be listed on my trello, where you can see the rest of my queue. i do not work through my queue in order, so if you’d like your commission to be prioritized or have a strict timeline, please let me know at the time of commissioning.payment: all payments will be sent via paypal, venmo, or cashapp only! prices may vary depending on the complexity of the piece. I will add an additional 6% tax to payments made through paypal. Cashapp and venmo are my preferred payment methods. prices are subject to change in time and as my skill improves.holds: ask first about a hold! holds and payment plans can be negotiated on a case by case basis, however i will not do any work until i receive at least 50% of the payment. i will not move past the sketching stage until full payment is sent.refunds: please remember that art is a luxury and not a necessity so be 100% sure that you can afford to spend on art before commissioning. no refunds outside of extenuating circumstances. if a refund must be given and work has been started, I will discount the amount of work already done from your refund.dms: I will do my best to be kind and straight to the point in our interactions! Remember that i am also a human being, I will respond whenever is most convenient for myself and i hope you do so as well.quotes: commission quotes are free of charge! if you’d like to ask for a quote, feel free to dm me with specifics about your commission (size, rendering style, props, etc.) and i will give a price estimate. note that because i give you a quote does not mean i will be accepting your commission. if i’m interested in taking on your commission i will give you a time frame for when i can take your commission. quotes are subject to change and will reflect general price increases.process and updates: i will always send updates for the sketch, flat colors, and finished product. if you’d like to request additional wips feel free to do so. any big changes to the sketch is ok. once i have gotten past the lining stage, any pose, outfit, or expression changes will require a fee. smaller changes or any mistakes on my part, of course, are free of charge. if your reference doesn’t include something and you ask to add it on later, i will require a fee. ask for changes before i get to the later stages. any unused sketches or poses from your commission can/will be reused as ychs. i will not accept requests to switch characters once the commission is started; character changes prior to starting the commission may require a fee depending on character complexity.references: if your reference is not clear, i will not accept your commission. if your reference excludes any details i need to complete your piece, i will not accept your commission. if you give me tons of reference images that give conflicting design information rather than a single and concise reference, i will not accept your commission. id appreciate a clear and updated reference, and if possible a toyhou.se profile.postproduction: once your piece is complete, i can email it to you along with a version with a transparent background. i can also transfer it through toyhou.se, but note that this may effect quality since TH requires images be under 4MB. once the piece is done you cannot make any changes to it. do not draw over, edit, or crop out any portions of your commission. my watermark must stay on the piece, removing my watermark will have you blocked. if you need anything fixed tell me during the process rather than doing it yourself. even though it is your commission, you may not trace over it and claim it as your own. you may repost it/use it as a pfp (with proper credit) and print it out/create physical products out of it (for personal use only). you may not use my artwork for commercial use or for a profit. i mantain all rights to my works; i can share them to any social media platform/website (unless you request me not to beforehand) and use them as commission examples in the future.
